Information we collect

We collect the business and contact information you submit, including business name, address, website, email address, and phone numbers. We also process a one-time SMS verification code, submission timestamps, IP-derived anti-abuse data, AI engine responses, and generated report data.

How we use information

We use this information to verify the submitted mobile number, prepare and deliver the requested AI visibility report, prevent abuse, operate the service, and respond to support requests. Mobile numbers are not used for promotional SMS messaging.

SMS data

SMS consent and mobile-number information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share data with service providers only as needed to deliver the requested verification message and operate the service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service providers

We use infrastructure, email, AI, database, and telecommunications providers to process requests. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services. SMS delivery is provided through Amazon Web Services.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices

You may decline SMS verification by not requesting a code, although a verified mobile number is required to submit the report form. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact us below.
